RETURN POLICY (EN)

Right of withdrawal: The buyer — consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 30 days of receiving the goods (the law requires a minimum of 14 days; we offer an extended period).

Return procedure:

• Contact us by email before sending the goods back.
• Return the goods unused, in their original condition and packaging.
• The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.

Refund: We will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original payment.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods customised to the buyer's specifications or goods subject to rapid deterioration.

 

 

ZÁSADY VRÁCENÍ ZBOŽÍ (CZ)

Právo na odstoupení od smlouvy: Kupující — spotřebitel má právo odstoupit od smlouvy bez udání důvodu do 30 dnů od převzetí zboží (zákon stanovuje minimum 14 dní, my nabízíme prodlouženou lhůtu).

Postup vrácení:

1. Kontaktujte nás e-mailem před odesláním zboží zpět.
2. Zboží zašlete zpět nepoužité, v původním stavu a obalu.
3. Náklady na vrácení zboží hradí kupující.

Vrácení peněz: Peníze vrátíme do 14 dnů od obdržení vráceného zboží, stejnou platební metodou, jakou byla provedena původní platba.

Výjimky: Právo na odstoupení se nevztahuje na zboží upravené na přání kupujícího nebo zboží podléhající rychlé zkáze.
